Reiki and Sound Healing Mini Retreat £45

There will be two parts to this two and a half hour mini retreat. In the first half Sue, will help you discover and feel into your own healing energy and teach you how to:

-       Open and close your chakras to receive nourishment and protection while releasing the things that no longer serve you and making space for the new.

-       To use a simple reflexology technique to calm the nervous system.

Sue will then guide a group reiki healing supporting you in coming home to yourself with loving acceptance.

‘I love working with energy. I believe we each have the power to heal ourselves, we just need to remember this and to have a little help from our friends.’ Sue

After a short herbal tea break and time to connect with others or reflect, Marisa will gently immerse you in an hour of blissful healing sounds using her gong, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes and other wonderful healing instruments. This practice allows the body and mind to heal through relaxation and rest while rebalancing the nervous system. It offers a gentle pathway to physical and emotional release and brings both focus and expansion of the mind. The sound waves and frequencies help bring you nearer to a meditative state of consciousness by entraining and slowing the brainwaves.

This workshop is open to anyone who is looking for new ways to manage stress, a space to unwind and an opportunity to learn something new to add to their toolbox of self-care.

We are sorry but the workshop is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, with sound induced epilepsy or a pacemaker.

For further information or to book directly you can email Marisa on hemasoundtherapy@gmail.com
