Allow the healing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drum, flute, chimes and other instruments to sooth, rebalance and help you into a meditative state of consciousness without having to try at all.
Therapeutic sound has many benefits, including helping to release physical and emotional tension, improve sleep, bring clarity of mind, and reset and nourish the nervous system. It can also help to stimulate the creative part of our brains and bring unexpected ideas and realisations to light.
